Water purification

Waste water purification plants in the goldsmith's art are fundamental and the reasons are two:

- first, possibility to have a plant which discharges in the drain clean, unpolluted water

- second, the possibility to purify water recovering all the metals and the other polluting agents

Obviously, by the goldsmith's art many gold particles go in the waste water.

The gold recovery by our plants is total and fast. All the plants are manufactured on customer's request.

Press filter

The filter - press is a machine particularly suited to carry out pressure filtrations of slurries and to obtain a very dry cake with an high percentage of solid material.

Our QUICK DRY filter is a standard machine from which all other models, the most developed too, are derived.

The structure is made out in electrically welded mild steel and includes all the devices necessary to control a filtration. The feeding of the slurry on the filter is generally in a central position, while the discharge of the filtered liquid may be effected both by an opened channel or by a closed manifold.

The "320" filter press is available in VD - HMD models, while "440" filter press is manufactured in HMD and HD models.

The difference between these filters is the closing device only. The VD and HMD models have an hand - closing system with a screw lock device.

The HD model has an hydraulic closing unit with automatic restorage of the closing pressure.
