Vibrating tumbler

B.T.T. vibrating tumbler is a vibrator machine with a circular tank suitable for bits and pieces and chains.

The vertical monobloc motorvibrator, placed under the tank supporting flange is of 3.000 R.P.M. and it is possible to control the vibrating movements.

The tank is obtained from one block of polypropylene (Moplen). It is of high quality, anti-abrasive, antioil, non - toxic and it responds well at high frequency.

A total draining valve is placed inside the tank.

The base is in stainless steel and this optimise its quality. The elastic supports of the tank are made using computable response springs when the machine is become heavier by "media".

The electric panel is placed far from the machine for working safety's sake. Speed variator can be supplied on demand. (total speed from 0 to 3.000 R.P.M.).

Dryers

DRYER R.A.S. is a dryer machine for chains and small pieces.

It is a rotating machine with hot air, made of stainless steel.

The rotating drum is in Moplen, and at the bottom there is a net in stainless steel with very small hols through which an aspirator blows forced air previously warmed.

This kind of machine is good to dry hollow chain or box-structure small pieces which rotating over them selves discharge the internal water outside and hot air helps them to dry.

The material to dry is granulated maize or polyethylene polymers.

Polishing machine

THE POLISHING MACHINE BL/40 is useful to clean by electrolysis gold articles from 8Kt. to 22Kt. Title.

This very fast working (it last 15 sec.) helps the gold-smith to obtain very bright objects with the same brightness constant in the years.

By electrolysis it is possible to remove the oxide from the surface of the objects, particulary in the hidden parts.

The machine is totally automatic, the upper section is in polypropylene and the lower section is in stainless steel.

Working tank capacity: 40 liter with 3 rinses.

Power 400 A and 20 V.

Overall dimensions: mm 1550 x 750 x 1300.

Total power: 3 Kw - 380V.
