Emptying plants

The emptying process of the golden and Silver objects, chains, earings, links or hollow reed can be made by using different types of reagents like Nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, and caustic soda.

The Nitric acid is used when the core of the reed is in copper or tombak; the hydrochloric acid is used when the core is in iron and the caustic soda is used when the core is in aluminium.

It is obvious that for every kind of reaction the specific materials and the specific machine are necessary.

The following photos show the necessary machines for the different operations.

We want to underline that the models are susceptible of change (the production capacity) depending on the customer demand, maintaining the safety characteristics in accordance with the law in force.

Emptying mod. A

The machine has a stainless steel structure: the supporting frame of the working tanks and the tanks.

The protective section is in polypropylene with vertical sliding frontal glass opening.

The standard production includes two similar models in characteristic, one with the tank of 150 Lt. of capacity provided with four rotating boxes (150x150x500). The small one has a tank of 80 Lt. of capacity with four rotating boxes (100x100x400).

This kind of machine (by request) can be provided with scrubber to purify fume in case of Nitric use.

Even the load and unloading of acid is automatic.

Emptying mod. B

This kind of machine is in polypropylene at high thickness.

It is provided with four working tanks of 80 Lt. Of capacity each and a central rinsing tank. It is provided with motion system, camshaft and horizontal sliding frontal glass opening.

Every working tank is provided with sucking box-cover.

The machine is provided with two glass refrigerants. The load and unioading of acid is automatic. The production capacity (number of working tanks), can be fixed at the order following the requirements of the customer: he will give us the technical data and the overall dimentions.

The A+B combined model can be used with Nitric and hydrocloric acid and caustic soda

Emptying mod. C

This machine characteristics are similar to the preceding one.

The substancial difference is in the enbloc structure which includes the productive section and the back of the machine where the scrubber is placed.

The second difference is that by the same machine it is possible to treat two different kind of acid or one acid and caustic soda together.

Like for the preciding one, the overall dimentions, the weight and other technical information will be given at their request.

For this machine, we have to remember you that the scrubber needs its effective space apart from the production capacity of the tanks and their quantity.
